La ubicación es excelente, bella ambientación. Es una pequeña joya.

The property is most likely the best ones i have ever stayed. It is true, the location is just a simple room with a lifting bed, but, the location, the view, the street, the building and the richness of history of the island makes it worthy!

There would be a few things, but it is just my personal opinion and they are not affecting anyhow my whole experience with the property.

Who wants a big apartment is wrong here... you wants an astonishing view, directly at the sea and an unique room(or cave ;) ) is here absolutely right! Free parking arranged by the host just steps away! Small beach in front of house, only minutes to all what you need

Es muy pequeño para dos personas y si bien la vista es muy linda no tiene privacidad ya que hay que abrir la puerta y quedas expuesto a la calle

The apartment is in an excellent location, very easy to find. The host was execptional. Angelo gave lots of information regarding checking in before we arrived and was very forthcoming in offering assistance if it was required. The codes used to enter the room is a fantastic resource as no keys/cards were needed to be taken out on days. The room itself was very unique, which is why we selected it. The facilities were well equipped with everything we needed, although we had no doubt that if we required something that Angelo would have been able to provide. The view out the front of the apartment was an added bonus and some evenings we sat outside and enjoyed the sea view. Throughout our stay, Angelo was only a message away. He gave us some hints and tips on places to visit. When we arrived a complimentary bottle of wine and water were left, which was an added bonus that we did not expect. Overall, the apartment and the host was excellent and added to a wonderful stay in Ortiga. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
