Location, deck and quiet. Met nice guests in other apartments, they were also disappointed with the accommodation.

Everything else, dirty dishes so had to wash everything first. Shower attachment broken. No jug or toaster. Asked for toaster but it didn’t work. Queried whether flat had been cleaned at all. Terrible linen, the worst I have ever had in a booking. The place is basically not kept well and you can tell there is no owner residing at the property. The upstairs deck is a lovely area, but unfortunately has a BBQ with no ability to heat. Dirty sink, old rusty washing machine, unclean deck area, broken deck chairs and unclean table and dried out plants. And even the shed upstairs was full of stinking rubbish. Speaking of rubbish there was no rubbish and recycling bins set up for all the units to use.

Location is amazing

The room was a little bi small for two people with big luggage. Other than that, everything was great.

Location was great, it is right in the heart of the city. Very friendly host, provided us with lots of information about sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, it has very efficient air conditioning and a lovely shared veranda with a BBQ upstairs.

Not much, although more than one toilet roll would have been appreciated.

Niente da criticare per la struttura. Per chi viene con la macchina tenere presente che la struttura si trova in ZTL, ma è comunque possibile prenotare parcheggio vicino che consente di ottenere facilmente il permesso

De locatie is echt geweldig. Midden in het centrum van Ortigia! Groot appartement met fijn gemeenschappelijk dakterras met 3 andere buren.

Het bed ligt niet fijn.

Die Lage ist nahe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sowie dem Meer und dem sehr kleinen Stadtstrand. öffentlicher Parkplatz am Rande der Insel. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Kein direkter Kontakt vor Ort allerdings war Besitzerin sehr bemüht.

Die Bilder widerspiegeln nicht die aktuelle Situation. die Buchung zeigt ein anderes Zimmer sehr grosses und schönes Zimmer, als wir bekommen haben. die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche defekt, sehr schwacher Wasserdruck. Wir würden empfehlen die Reinigungsfirma zu wechseln, Dachterrasse schmutzig, volle Abfalleimer, ich hätte auf dem Grill nichts gebraten. Möbel teilweise defekt. in unserem kleinen innenliegendem Zimmer kaum Platz, mini Klapptisch jedoch unbrauchbar. obwohl man uns allerhand angeboten hat, würden wir hier nicht mehr buchen.

Зручне місцерозташування, пішки 2 хвилини до пляжу та до головних вуличок міста. Чиста та уютна квартира, в якій є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Є кавомашина та тераса, на якій ми із задоволенням пили каву.
