Excellent location - there are plenty of cafés and restaurants around, and two beaches nearby (Cala Rossa and Diana nel Forte). The spacious terrace is a perfect place to spend a warm summer evening with a glass of wine.

The shower bar could use some replacement: it's not fixed to the wall at the bottom - this doesn't interfere with using the shower, but you have to be a bit careful with it each time. :)

Posizione centrale, staff gentile e disponibile, terrazza sfruttabile ed attrezzata. Possibilità di parcheggiare a due passi in Ztl in un parcheggio convenzionato.

Definitely would like to be back in the future! Very helpful host Maria, always in touch, ready to help with any recommendations and questions. Place is organized with soul, clean, location is perfect! Nice rooftop, small kitchen with everything you need, cozy atmosphere - you feel like at home.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, und der Host war gut erreichbar. Probleme wie das nicht funktionierende WLAN wurden schnell behoben, und ein später Check-out war möglich.

Leider gibt es mehrere Punkte, die für uns nicht zu den sehr hohen Bewertungen passen: Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber – auf dem Boden, im Bett und an den Handtüchern fanden sich fremde Haare. Der Boden fühlte sich schmutzig an, und auch Schwamm sowie Lappen wirkten unhygienisch. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt etwas abgewohnt. Die Straße ist zwar klein, aber extrem laut – an erholsamen Schlaf mit offenem Fenster war nicht zu denken. Die Waschmaschine sah sehr unhygienisch aus, sodass wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Wir sind zum Waschsalon gegangen. Was ebenfalls negativ auffiel: Der Host hat direkt um eine sehr gute Bewertung (9 oder 10 Punkte) gebeten – das empfinden wir als unangebracht. Bewertungen sollten ehrlich und unbeeinflusst sein. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Für uns hat das Gesamtbild und Preis/Leistung nicht gestimmt.
