- l’emplacement à 2 pas du plus joli quai , la grande et jolie terrasse, le calme de la ruelle - aide pour trouver un bon parking - bon wifi - proprio et gérante très réactives , solution trouvée très vite à un problème de télécommande, check in check out très simple - bons rideaux pour la nuit - petit appartement bien agencé avec une vraie petite cuisine - grand canapé confortable - séchoir pour les lessives

- comme partout en Sicile , lit à ressorts - vis à vis très proche ( ne nous a pas gêné) - machine à laver le linge payante sur la terrasse , qui n’a malheureusement pas fonctionné pour moi et je n’avais pas le temps d’attendre l’aide proposée

A bit weak stream of water in the shower but enough to wash oneself.

Miejsce i obsługa- świetne. Centralna lokalizacja, parking tuż obok apartamentu, piękny taras. Apartamenty ładne, ale mogłyby być lepiej wyposażone, np. Kieliszki do wina. Mogłyby być także lepiej odświeżone, nie czulam się zbyt komfortowo, dużo starych rzeczy. W styczniu bardzo zimno, ale to zależy od apartamentu, bo obok- bardzo ciepło.

Pościel mogłaby być nowsza.

Right in the historic centre of Syracuse and near all landmarks and restaurants, we had an outstanding experience. Both Maria and Tiziana were incredibly accommodating, accepting our son at the last minute for a symbolic price, which was a huge relief for our family. The flat itself was spotless clean, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop, which provided a perfect spot for quiet, chill evenings—an ideal way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful in recommending great restaurants and must-visit spots in the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. We will definitely be returning!

Kitchen equipment could be better. The pan did not work on induction hob. No heating just A/C.
