Huntly Street

Very spacious apartment, just 20 minutes from the old town. Well equipped kitchen! Everything we needed was there. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful property. Very well appointed. Warm, bright and felt like home. Everything you need in the kitchen. Close to shops to stock up.

The bed in the main bedroom dips quite significantly in the middle and was very squeaky, just on turning over, making it quite uncomfortable and noisy to sleep in.

Location, close to shops. Lovely flat.

We had to ask a neighbour where the bins were, they were up the road near a bus stop. That information needed to be in the flat.

Enjoyed the space and location. Easy to get to the Fringe on the bus. Some great places to eat on the doorstep.

The apartment was not clean. Very dusty and the toilet was disgusting. Had to clean under the rim which was filthy. The carpets were all stained. Not enough hanging space for clothes. Bed in back bedroom very uncomfortable. Duvet was not big enough and was not clean. No pillow protectors on pillows. No microwave in kitchen. Boiling water tap unreliable. Used a travel kettle. Staircase smelly and very dirty.

Fantastic location and beautifully decorated flat- easy walk into the centre of Edinburgh and some good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The bed in the back bedroom was not particularly comfortable- we felt that the mattress might need replacing.

The apartment was wonderful. Great location, away from the crowds, yet close enough to walk to locations we wanted to visit. There were bus stops close if we chose to use them. The Tesco was very convenient. The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The layout allowed our grandson to have his own space away from us. Overall, it is a perfect space to stay in Edinburgh.

There was something wrong with the internet, probably the router. Our emails were blocked, so we couldn't send emails. The drain in the sink in the bathroom was very slow. To be fair, we were given contact information in case we needed anything. We did not avail ourselves of the opportunity. Both incidents were minor inconveniences.

Kitchen facilities and the overall look of the flat was fantastic.

The carpets were filthy. There were bugs crawling around the carpet in the living room and there was ground in dirt. The chairs were dirty and stained. The mattresses on both beds were atrocious, it felt like you were lying on the floor and I immediately rolled into the massive dip in the middle of the bed. It was impossible to share the bed due to the roll together so I ended up using the dirty sofa for the duration of the stay. With new mattresses and a deep clean this apartment could be exceptional but as it is it left me wishing I had booked a hotel instead.

Very nice home with everything you need and taking the Bus to the center of Edinburgh was really easy!

My friends were snoring all night but that's on me 😅
