Bed in back bedroom was a bit sloping. Couldn't work underfloor heating.

This property on paper might seem a little bit away from Princes Street 20 mins walk but there is so much to see on the walk ,with wine bars coffee shops antique shops etc. But the location of of the property is superb, restaurant across the road ,Tesco around the corner , Chinese and indian take away 20 yards away ,choice of 2 pubs within 2 mins either direction, coffee shops next door and the 23 and 27 bus literally out side the front door. Also the quality of the property and it's furnishings are top notch.

The deer ... And that's really only to say I didn't like it in reality it didn't bother me . Just out of place I thought.

road noise if in front bedroom. parking is also problematic.

Good location ,easy to get into centre of town. Stylish apartment. Comfortable beds, good linen and towels.

Owners had apparently changed the key code from the one I’d been given so it was impossible to access until the cleaner came by. If this had happened late at night I would have been scuppered. Flat was clean but obviously needed more regular scheduled deep cleaning as behind bed ( plugging in phone charger) was dirty and behind dressing table too ( retrieving dropped earring) Windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned for years! Very dirty on outside. Internal fan lights dirty too. No kettle and couldn’t get boiling water from the tap only hot water. No instructions for appliances such as coffee machine. No boxes of tissues in bedrooms etc, it’s the little things that count. Also no welcome pack. Most top quality properties leave tea, coffee, milk and even a packet of biscuits or bottle of wine. None left here and at £200 a night we felt a bit cheated.

the house itself is just wonderful, everything is in good quality, room is comfy.

the bathroom heater wasn’t working or we just didn’t know how to turn on, there’s no elevator to carry our huge luggage but small luggage should be no issue.

The apartment is amazing. The apartment is well equipped, was spotlessly clean and in a good location. There is a Tesco store within a short walk for supplies. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will be back, thank you for letting us stay.

There was nothing to dislike. This is not a criticism but we couldn’t work the Quooker tap correctly. This was our fault and not a fault with the system. Blame our age!

Our expectations were certainly exceeded. The property was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and everything appeared to be of premium quality. We felt very spoilt. The area was even better than we had expected. A short walk to the Botanic Garden, lovely cafes and pubs close by and close to the bus stop for a short journey into town.

This has nothing to do with the home - just something to bare in mind: parking can be a little tricky. In the end, we found some free parking short walk away.
