Cosy 3-bedroom house, stones throw to beach

Location and parking nearby (payable). Well equipped. Landlord quick to respond.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable and bedding/towels needed airing or something! Parking was £15.60 for whole day.

it was unclean - in fact disgusting and not the standard expected when using booking.com. It was tatty which I can deal with but it was dirty the whole place selled of fly spray as well. The kitchen pans and grill pan had to be washed before using - the cutlery draw had dirt in it. The bathroom was the worst - a thick layer of dust on the blinds - dirty shower door and tiles wall. the hand rail on the stairs was tacky with grease and the dining room chairs were filthy. the beds smelt horrible and the matresses were very uncomfortable thin and you could feel all the springs - the pillows smelled disgusting and I had to buy some new ones. the net curtains had black patches of dirt/mould on them. There was no where to get rid of rubbish and no recycling facilites at all - we were expected to walk the streets with our rubbish and find someone elses bin to put it in??????

Good location, easy walking distance to train station, sea front, cafes, bars. Easy to access via lockbox. Plenty of space in the property.

The property is a little tired, which was fine but maybe just something to be aware of
