Sharon and Ian are exceptional hosts, very obliging and they made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean with everything you need and lots of attention to detail with the treats provided . Set in the country it is peaceful with great views but still only a 10 minute drive into town. Thank you Sharon, Ian and Roxy for such an awesome stay, we will be back!!

Sharon and Ian are excellent hosts, they are so friendly and helpful. This was a third stay there and we will definitely be going back there at some stage.

Nothing to dislike about this place

The hosts, Sharon & Ian were very friendly and had left a number of extras for us which added to the comfort of our stay. The view from the property was spectacular and it was to travel to local attractions.

Sharon and Ian have a wonderful peaceful oasis. We spent four nights in their pristine clean and fulled decked out accommodation. The central location was perfect for day trips to Maungatautari nature reserve , Rotorua, Waitomo glowworm caves, Karapiri lake. We would highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

We booked as accomodation for special guests who were invited to Karapiro area as Judges for an equestrian breeders show. They absolutely loved their stay and felt the property was best accommodation they had been hosted in a long time. We will definitely be proud to use this accomodation for future guests

A perfect stay! Beautiful location, lovely grounds, very comfortable accommodation with everything you would need including continental breakfast and snacks. Very comfortable for our family of 4! Sharon was a lovely host. Perfect place to stay for a quick drive to Hobbiton. We would love to return.

Great place to stay. Clean. tidy, spacious. Nice country feel to it! Very close to Lake Karapiro. Hosts were lovely. Thanks!
