It Is a cozy house with wonderful view. Everything is perfect. The hosts, Sharon and Ian are super nice and helpful.

The whole property was delightful, spotless and comfortable. The views were spectacular and we had the added choir of birds. The breakfast provided was splendid.

Everything was great as it was the time we spent there last year. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay close to Cambridge. We intend to stay there again next year.

Absolutely beautiful. The house is perfect inside and out. Beds are very comfortable and everything one needs is there. The scenery is truly remarkable. Hosts were welcoming and lovely people. An excellent location for Hobbiton, night glow-worm kayaking, and other main north island venues. An easy drive from Hamilton airport. I've already recommended to friends.

I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights and this was our favourite place that we stayed in New Zealand! The host was extremely kind and friendly and provided plenty of snacks and food items for our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with modern decor. We especially loved the peace and quiet of the surrounding area and seeing all of the birds in the beautiful garden. Such a special place :)
