Clean, comfortable stay in a lovely location. The host brought round some delicious eggs

Excellent access from the M6. Cottage was very comfortable and ideal for our working weekend.

The internet wasn't the best but worked sufficiently for picking up emails.

Beautiful and peaceful

A lovely cottage with a farm life feel. Working farm so don't expect all the curb appeal on approch as its a lovely farm atmosphere. Tractors and livestock all around. Beauitiful cottage with all you can need and more. Comfortable beds first class highly recommend and will stay again.

Well equipped, clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing. Lovely hosts, busy with their farm life but attentive to us too.

Excellent Location, comfortable furnishings, towels, washing machine.

No internet first evening. Dirty saucepans had to be cleaned before use; dead plant in lounge; irritating house rules everywhere; filthy windows; blunt knives; dust. Needs T L C.

Clean and spacious, nice beds and great location. A short drive from many lovely walks. The host Alison was lovely and very accommodating to us.

The property was spacious and well equipped. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The whole house was tidy and the kitchen had a range of cooking utensils. The shower was large and flat-bottomed. Plenty of space to fit two cars parked outside. The property was also very accessible from the main roads, and was a good base to visit the Southern Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales.

The property is on an active farm so the smell may bother some people (it didn't really reach inside, just when you left the property you got a good waft).
