Farm location, house martins and other animals. Proximity to beautiful countryside and canal.

Air fresheners were too strong we had to find and remove them.

Peaceful location. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Pleasant, communicative owner. Handy for the Lakes and Dale's. Nice welcome gift of fresh eggs.

Dirty windows, one unit needs replacing. Walking the dog especially at night, very limited as to where to go. One of the beds creaks. Shower pressure very low. Bottom of stairs was awkward for my elderly mother as no handrail at that point.

Helpful owner and fresh farm eggs left for us to enjoy on our arrival. Nice location and close to canalside walks. Well equiped kitchen. Nice to be on a farm and out in the countryside, yet not too far away to good facilities and close access to motorway.

On holiday a dishwasher would have been nice - but not a big issue

Well placed for with lakes. Well equipped apartment.

We have had a wonderful 2 night stay. Every detail has been thought of which provides a lovely holiday retreat. So enjoyed our break cannot recommend highly enough.
