Luxury Architect Designed Apt 13 Mins to Royal mile

Location was easily accessible and all the facilities that we need are available , staff and management was so professional and never feel uncomfortable. And most of the best here they have spacious place that make us feel at home .i will definitely recommended and will stay again soon .

I don't even know, we were shocked after entering that I'm not able to highlight anything good.

To begin with, this accommodation is a SCAM, it is advertised as luxury and indeed as other comments say here there is no luxury. It's the DIRTIEST accommodation I've ever seen in my life. The owner had supposedly cleaned that day, and that apartment was uncleaned for YEARS, we were traveling with 2 babies and we had to leave for HEALTH conditions. There was a person allergic to dust and had to be treated by doctors the next day. Cobwebs anywhere in the house you look, the bathrooms without ventilation and obviously full of mold, infinite dirt under the sofas and beds, the extraction hood completely full of grease, the kitchen furniture the same. We mentioned it to booking and they didn't take charge because it was without refund, we told the man and he offered us to come and "clean" when it was supposedly already clean. We had to leave, that house needs a PROFESSIONAL cleaning, it completely messed up our vacation, it's a state. When he has negative comments, he pretends to have FALSE comments of 10 to raise his score. They should fine him and ban this accommodation. It's a risk for guests.

This was a very nice, modern apartment with lots of room. The host provided excellent directions and details for how to use the door code, find a few shops nearby, and use of appliances in the apartment. When we had a question, he responded promptly.

The location is past King Arthur's seat. It is not as close to the main part of the Royal Mile with all the shops, so we had to take a taxi or Uber to get to most restaurants with our kids, which are plentiful. Those who can walk more might not need to. The spacious accommodations were worth it.

Location

Not clean with mold in showers and dust across ceilings,half empty roll of paper towel without any means to dry hands or dishes. Washer/dryer does not dry clothes in any meaningful amount of time that it made sense (>6h). Owner called within a couple hours of checkin to alert toilet seat was broken and secured with duct tape, which wasn't safe for our kids to sit on as the tape was peeling off. I inquired as to opportunity for a partial refund or discount for inconvenience on 4 separate platforms all of which have still gone unanswered after a week of patiently waiting for him to rectify issue. I did not communicate during stay as we were only there for 3 nights.

Great location, walking distance to old town.

No dedicated car parking space! Only paid one with max stay 2h or 10min walk away free but super limited space if lucky. Apart from that no problem 👍
