could NOT access key box, but lock opened with code, locking up to go out was a pain with no key. 3 TV's by end of stay only one worked. WIFI VERY WEAK ONLY A 4 OR 5 STAR AT BEST

The property was spacious.

Property could do with a really deep clean. The worst thing was that they asked us to do the laundry on leaving. I bought detergent and did it but it made me realise that the previous occupiers probably just chucked things in the washing machine without detergent and it’s why the towels were all a bit grubby when we arrived. Washing machine only operated on warm, not hot, water which is poor show and unhygienic. Also the house is in Davenport not Kissimmee as per the booking . It’s also supposed to be within a certain distance of Disneys animal park. It’s way in excess and when I queried this I was fobbed off with some nonsense about county lines and how Kissimmee is further away from the Disney parks than Davenport anyway - as if I were unable to look at a map! Would I stay here again or recommend to friends and family? No.

Location is convenient and has a nice feel.

I was expecting to be in Kissimmee, as that is where l was told it was in. Didn’t find out that it was in Hains City until 5 days before arriving. Called office about the location. Nobody returned my call. At that point what could l do. They had my money and cancelling was not an option because address is not give until week before. Didn’t like that set up at all. I was being to wonder if we were going to really have a place to stay. I think the minute they take your money. You should have an address of your place you are staying. Because they have your money and you have nothing.

They don’t you where the place really is until your opinion are all out of time
