Relaxation

The property is very clean and beautiful, the pictures don’t do any justice to the place.

One of the securities was very rude, insisting we had been making noise when we had not and was not even there the night before the complaint was made and insisting we sign a warning which I did not because we were indoors watching a movie as it was very windy and rainy, secondly the monkeys make it hard to have all the windows and doors open even with the snake screens there because there is plenty of them you can’t even enjoy the beautiful views. Lastly I was so disappointed to wake up to no electricity Sunday morning that we left and when I contacted the host she asked me what do I expect her to do cause she is far away and cannot control estate electricity, also said there is solar when I told her it hasn’t back up she asked what must she do or must she bring a candle which was so rude because it was already after 7am what were we going to do with a candle so we left the estate with wrinkled clothes… It felt like I was irritating her as her tone was snappy and condescending, we dis not feel welcome at all.

Helen's property has all the amenities that you could ever need for your stay, truly exceptional! Looking forward to another relaxing stay.

Beautiful courtyard and the lay out is great for families with kids. Hosts are very helpful!

Every detail of this home was planned to perfection Helen went over a above for our stay and every gifted my little boy a small gift , she is an amazing host paying attention to the little things
