Judge Rock Exclusive Vineyard Cottage Accommodation

Fantastic hospitality, we were met with a bottle of the vineyards Pinot. Gorgeous outlook over the vines. Comfortable and cosy, the kitchen in this rustic cottage was well equipped and the wood burner fire, heat pump and oil heaters kept us nice and warm. Breakfast supplies were a fabulous bonus, thank you.

It’s a wee way out of town but that’s hardly a negative for the peace and outlook it provides.

Lovely, cosy accommodation amongst the vineyard area of Alexandra. A perfect base for three nights to explore the Central Otago region. Exemplary hosts that were able to help with anything that arose. Were there on our arrival with a bottle of wine in hand. Showed us all the amenities and started the fire while chatting about places of interest. Everything you could want was available. Warm beds, plenty of towels. Well stocked kitchen and pantry supplies to provide ample breakfasts and extra staples to help with preparing other meals. Well above expectations!

shower pressure is low kitchen and dinning area light power is not enough . Can’t see properly when cook! bed cover and some towels has some stains !

Lovely setting in the vineyard, and away from the main township. The wood burner made the cottage warm and cosy in the evening. Complimentary bottle of wine was nice, and we enjoyed our wine tasting session.

Disappointed that we had to fill the wood baskets ourselves on arrival. Although the wood pile was only a short distance from the cottage, it would have been a welcoming touch to have had the baskets full. The hot water supply was not enough for 2 showers. Also disappointed with breakfast supplies. Opened cereal packets that are obviously left from 1 guest to another.
