Ample parking, good communication from the owner, clean and good access. Nothing to complain about, very good for the price for a place to crash

The accommodation is in a great location and a wonderful base to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. It was very clean and presentable, as well as warm and cosy. Really well equipped and the hosts left some provisions for us upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Ray (host) was fantastic at communicating and extremely accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this lovely little chalet and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I honestly can't think of anything there wasn't to like but if I was being really picky I'd suggested a couple of coat pegs or hooks on the backs of doors (but it was a struggle to think anything to write here!!)

Cute little chalet. The owner was responsive and helpful. The Place was clean and had everything we needed. Far enough from everywhere where it was really nice and quiet to relax. Close enough to travel to town to grab a bite, have a drink or even just go for a walk along the river bank. Dartmouth is just beautiful. It was my first visit, but surely won't be the last.

We love absolutely everything and we try to come every year if possible. I don't want to say too much as I don't want everyone to book it as then I won't be able to book it haha :-) Thank you Ray for everything.

Surroundings and peacefulness

Location was brilliant, handy for the beaches and a quick hop into Dartmouth. The local bus stops right at the park. The chalet was really spacious comfortable and clean.

Tv went wrong tried everything to get it working, really funny cane back on the day we went home.
