Dartmouth 2 Bed Detached Chalet 144 Norton Park

Perfect position for us because we played golf at dartmouth championship course

Nothing on site so we had to get taxis or drive but we knew this in advance

The Chalet's location was spot on and would be great for somebody disabled as it is close to the parking area and on the flat. As we both have lived in Dartmouth the surrounding area was easy to get around . The chalet was well stocked with cleaning products and we had a pleasant welcome pack left which was appreciated .

As we were out most of the time there was nothing to dislike ,the sleeping area's could have been bigger and the bed were small doubles .

Nette, kleine Unterkunft auf einem sehr ruhigen Campingplatz. Gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und problemlos.

We like absolutely everything and we are happy to return every year if we can as we totally love it there and Ray the owner is amazing as he replies very quickly if we need anything or if we need an advice. My kids love it there as they can run around and get their energy out lol. The chalet is clean and has everything we need. Thank you again for having us. Xxx

Lovely and clean with bread, milk and butter waiting on arrival. Good location for accessing the coast. Ray was very responsive and helpful.

Beds were a little uncomfortable

Very well equipped chalet, beds were comfortable and shower performed well. Location is perfect for Dartmouth and surrounding area. Ample parking directly outside chalet. Recommend using the park and ride for longer days in Dartmouth. The Sainsburys and Lidl are a few minutes by car. Garden time nursery in opposite direction to Dartmouth is great for breakfast, lunch and cake! We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing at the chalet affected our stay. We were very comfortable there.

So hot and no fans or air con to cool rooms off so struggled to sleep Few things were a bit tired such as window blinds

The settees were comfortable. Bread, Butter and milk was there on arrival which was just as well as I did not find a shop on site,

The very old broken orange blinds could not be raised or opened in any way. It was like being in a shipping container as you could not see the outside. They were dusty and the one in kitchen was greasy. The double bed was against the wall meaning that one of us would have had to clamber over the other to go to the loo, I tried to sleep in the other room where the bed was against the wardrobe making the wardrobe unusable. The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up all night on the settee. We did not unpack and only stayed one night, The loo does not flush well and blocks. There is a plunger under the sink which was useful. The photo on Booking.com of the place was an old one it does not look like that now, cannot see in through the windows as the main picture shows due to dreadful blinds. Rusty, loose and peeling rail outside and grass not cut for some time.

Comfortable chalet and convenient location for travelling around the area. Nice extra touch leaving a starter pack of bread, milk etc.
