Entry steps were unstable. Wifi was poor, single beds only suitable for children. Shower door did not close and the hairdryer had been taken by previous occupants. Sofa and towels showing signs of wear.

Big fan of location and aesthetic of the static home. Large enough for a small family and dog, easy to get to and felt safe on site - also a short stay from some incredible locations.

Lots of unnecessary elements were very dirty including blinds (beyond sticky with grease) and some appliances unusable - also cutlery/glasses not clean. We didn't have hand soap and the shower wasn't heating up when we arrived so we had to contact the owner who told us we had to turn the boiler on ourselves - when it was on, anything above the lowest temperature was scorching... this should all be ready for guests on arrival.

The property overall could be tidied up. Some parts were not very clean. The enclosed garden is not inviting. Dead leaves all over and large pieces of wood lying around. It could be really nice with some tidying up.

Lovely static caravan with everything you need, quiet location which felt friendly and safe.

Location was good, 5 mins drive up the A1 to the closest town, second time we have stayed here as it's a great central location to all the beautiful scenery around that area. Great response from the host to a minor issue that popped up and he sorted it within minutes

Great location and good facilities. Rooms were lovely too

No local shop on the sight. No idea it was a caravan park either -somehow that passed me by. Also check out way too early at 10.00 am especially with a elderly mother who is very slow.11.00 am would be a much better time

Nice and clean, everything what you need it is in. Close distances to attractions, nice walk around, close to drive coast line. Lovely small village Amble!
