The Secret Wood Northumberland

Geographical surrounding area was very nice. Good size main bedroom. Comfortable bed and well presented accommodation.

Found the name misleading. Thought the accommodation was sited within a woodland area called the 'Secret Wood'. However, this was just the name of the actual caravan! So was surprised to find the caravan sited within a busy caravan park rather than a wood!

Nothing, it was perfect

The living area was unique with the addition of wood which gave a cosy feel. The property was clean . We also loved the enclosed area , to sit out, unfortunately when we visited the heatwave had been replaced by strong winds . Value for money, highly recommend this property

Nothing really about the property. I had looked at the area before visiting so I was aware there are no local shops, but it was only a 10/15 minute drive to Alnwick to get to a supermarket, site would benefit from a little shop

Very clean and tidy everything u need

Couldn’t attach to WiFi And the tv kept cutting off with WiFi signal But it was very windy when we were there so this could of been problem

Caravan was clean and comfortable . Rooms were light and airy. The beds were comfortable although the single maybe a little compact for my 15 year old . Lots of storage for clothes and luggage .Plenty of clean fresh towels and 2 toilet rolls provided. Tv with streaming for Netflix WIFI acceptable. Local pubs and social club nearby. Great walks through the woods. People were friendly and approachable . It was a quite enough site and really liked the fenced garden area and little bar area for chilling . An ice cream van came around site which was lovely . I got this at a great price for summer holidays so thought it was good value for what I paid

The shower door could do with a repair as didn't shut . But water temp was fine as adjusted on boiler. Maybe a multi purpose cleaning spray so I could have cleaned benches and shower but only because I forgot my own
