Очень хорошое расположение. Дружественный персонал. Нам разрешили заселиться на 2 часа раньше. Просторно, много места. Чисто.

Некоторые матрасы просто ужасны. На диваны в гостинной, где должны были спать 2 человека не было простыней. На кухне минимум вещей. Надо бы иметь хотя бы соль.

Walking distance to almost all the places we wanted to visit. We either walked Calton Rd or Calton Rd and then diagonal path through the woods up to A1, or we walked Canongate/High St, depending on where we were headed. Peaceful part of town (except for the train), we felt safe here. Half of the house (with four beds) faces quiet surroundings (street). Nice to have kitchen. Large supermarket 16-17 min away (Meadowbank).

Booking promised us somewhere to sleep for all the nine of us, that the house had (and still has) eight beds and two sofa beds. When we arrived, two of the beds were removed permanently. When we contacted the host, he asked that we bought a douvet for the ninth person. Largest bedroom and the livingroom with sofabeds are facing Edinburgh's main eastbound railway 25 m away, with a lot of trains and noise (example: Saturday 23 pm every 2nd to 3rd minute). Window on one of the bedrooms couldn't be opened for fresh air (lock broken). No bathroom door locks. No trash bin main bathroom.

Location is amazing. The house is so spacious, ideal for groups. It has everything you need, it’s clean and the area is quiet. Beds are comfortable. The owner was so nice and attentive.

"stay away until bed bugs issue is solved. location is good but comes with some nasty skin rashes."

location. cant beat the location.

bed bugs. it was a pathetic that the owner didnt respond when i first complained about the reaction to bed bugs. when he did respond after we checked out, i also shared pictures of the red dots on my skin and my son's skin, he didnt bother saying anything more.

Only location. Thats it.

We paid nearly £2500 for 3 nights for the property: 1. Outdated 2. All guests bitten by bed bugs! 3. Bedding with hairs from previous guests 4. Hair drier unsafe to use (will shake your hand and wake up everyone around) 5. Old furniture 7. Front of the house looks like abandoned house 8. No clear instructions about how to use anything at the house 9. Host not responsive
