We loved the location, and the beds were comfortable! Also grateful for the parking.

One bedroom was a little snug (difficult to move around the bed). Otherwise it was lovely!

It was within walking distance of the town. It had a big kitchen.

We had to buy two new pillows as the ones offered were old and thin. The floors upstairs were so noisy if anyone got up to the toilet in the night, everyone was woken by the creaking floors.

"Don’t judge this book by its cover. No street appeal, but well appointed andconfortable."

Great location for exploring Inverness. Walking distance to city centre and Ness Bank. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting / dining area.

Beds were a bit hard and a washing machine would have rounded out amenities.
