amazing location and very clean

can’t fault the property, but I will say if you are staying during cold periods and there is ice and snow on the road drive with caution.

"Beautiful country warm for a relaxing stay with great walks from the doorstep"

Very well refurbished and presented country barn. Very comfy and cosy and a good base for exploring the local area. We went on some great walks and explored some of the local pubs and cafes. The log burner was great, as well as the extra bag of wood provided, so it kept the barn toasty given the terrible weather. The welcome wine and beer and cookies were very welcome!

Some of the kitchen utensils were a little dirty when we came to use them but it wasn’t anything a quick wash could sort and didn’t deter from our stay

"Just stunning place!"

Stunning view and quiet surrounding. Couldn't stop looking out of the window. Barn has everything you need. The fireplace gave a lot of warmth. Very friendly people in the area. Public path's all around. Dog friendly. Owner reacts quickly!

Somehow the hotwater supply was not very consistent. There was hotwater do! For the shower fine. For the bath to short. They try immediately to fix it!

It was such a beautiful setting and the barn itself wow ... spotless ... tastefully decorated ... so well equipped ... a real home from home ... I just wish we were there for longer and we will definitely return

"Perfect getaway!"

What's not to like. Beautiful, peaceful location with unbroken views. Get to see the sun setting every evening was stunning. Lovely and clean. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of wood and coal for fire that heats the whole barn. Tv has netflix, I player and itv player. Seats and enclosed garden area for dogs around the side of barn where you park the car.

There was nothing we didn't like, the extractor fan was quite noisy but it worked perfectly so was no issue. Bed upstairs was slightly too hard for me but that's just my preference, the twin beds downstairs were lovely and comfy. Can't wait to come back

"Perfect little place for a getaway"

Lovely little finishing touches with the wine, beer and biscuits , clean barn , outside seating area which unfortunately I never got to use due to the rubbish weather, but definitely couldn't fault this place x
