"Filthy, stinking, cold - I stayed elsewhere."

I didn't like anything

The property smelt like a dirty old chip pan. I didn't want to touch anything it was filthy. The downstairs toilet smelt like a smoking room. There were black short and curlies in the bath. The ensuite was splattered with old soap scum and filthy. I went to the top floor to find the heater switch and there was an unmade bed with dirty towel. A random bloke knocked on the door. Found buttons to turn boiler on but couldn't get it to work. I didn't stay at the property, not only did I not feel safe the smell and filth in the property was unbearable. As far as I understand the property isn't run by the named host. It just all felt very dodgy! Thankfully I am from West vale and had another place to stay.

"We did not stay in either of the properties that were made available. VERY DISAPPOINTING"

Nothing

The host changed the property at the last minute and the alternative was not suitable for the elderly relatives that were staying with me, with steep stairs and only one bathroom without the benefit of a walk in shower. We had to take a hotel rooms with the additional cost that entailed. A very disappointing end to what was planned to be a lovely family weekend.
