"Exceptional"

We are a family of 3 with toddler and the house had plenty of room to accommodate us. Quiet neighbourhood and 15mins by car to the closest beach. Cuban street food truck and Publix around the corner.

The AC was malfunctioning and Robert came in a matter of minutes to fix it.

The location is awesome. It is a very cozy home.

The shower took a bit getting use to. The water took longer than expected to get hot and I wasn’t too crazy about the shower head.

"A very comfortable, well-appointed house close to amenities."

The location was fine, close to a main road in Bradenton and also a large supermarket nearby. The house was very comfortable, and larger than we had expected, with two bathrooms and two showers, lots of towels left out for our use. The kitchen is very well supplied with utensils and dishes.

We booked the place several months before our arrival, and I would have liked a repeat communication from the host a week or two before our arrival, to say that all was well. When I made contact with the host to update our phone number and ask about check-in, the reply was very abrupt, not welcoming.

I loved that it was a quick drive to Bradenton Beach for sunset and there were so many convenient stores nearby, quiet neighborhood and easy parking.

"Everything exceeded our expectations!"

I was super happy with our stay. It was perfect for our overnight stay in Bradenton. It was very clean. We were happy to cook dinner there and we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the mini golf pad and large tv while we cooked and unloaded. All the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels. They left very clear instructions on how to get ahold of them if we needed anything. There were also very easy to follow directions on what to do before check out. We would stay there again if we ever need to go back to this area! They even left coffee pods and a few little snacks which just shows that this host is exceptional!

We had a great stay at Gulf to Gulf. Minutes away to everything and just 15 minutes to the nicest beaches of AMI
