Gulf to Golf.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family! If you are okay with not being directly on the beach and don’t mind a short drive, then this is a great way to save some money.

My only complaint would be that the cleaning lady ( I am assuming this is who she was) was waiting right outside the house for close to 40 minutes on our checkout day right in front of the driveway. We checked out on time, but I was a bit stressed out in my loading up process by the fact that someone was waiting on me to vacate the premises even though I had every right to still be there. Once in the van and headed down the road, I began to panic that I may have left cell phone chargers because I was in such a rush to get out. But on the same note, at least they have someone there who was eager to clean.

Everything! From the moment we arrived and opened the 2 car garage door, drove in our big 1991 Caprice Station Wagon inside,,closed the door and allowed the Cat and kitten to just jump out safe and sound. House was very clean and inviting, every convenience one could ask for and the Welcome bottle of wine and snacks was a very considerable and appreciated gesture! A very nice touch! Location was perfect. Spacious clean fresh and newer everything. We look forward to staying again in the future. We already told our Golfing relatives who do Florida some times about this place to stay. We were in town as I attended a 3 day Werkmaster Training School about polishing concrete. Next time can return just for fun. We have no complaints about this property, all good here .

the only think is like you tell the owner,, since they do allow pets ( THANK YOU ) it didn't take long for our kitten to discover a small opening under the large living room TV mantel that she quickly jumped into as soon adwr arrived. We placed 2 of the couch pillows under there which solved the problem,, but Prine Construction should go ahead and install a velcro “ panel “ or something to close this opening. My wife had to climb under there to retrieve the kitten from this little void that she HAD to find. Might also be a good idea to alert guests to favor the right side of the driveway to avoid the early morning sprinklers going off into the car. No big deal,, but I had to dodge the water when leaving for school at 7:15 am on Wednesday's class. lol.

Home was close to beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, TV’s with streaming services, full kitchen and nice shower with a Bluetooth speaker. The host had available beach chairs, umbrella and floaters. The house was very clean.

What a great place to stay. Great location - easy access to the beach and shopping. What we enjoyed the most was all the little touches - like the putting green. Super comfortable and charming. We loved it so much we booked another visit.

There were no negatives.

Location Walking distance to many amenities but the house is in a quiet neighborhood.

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Rob was available with any questions or concerns. Have reserved again for next year.
