Great location in the heart of Dartmouth. Many restaurants and shops around the property no driving needed in the evening and good selection of places for breakfast. Surprisingly quiet once in the apartment.

"Good Location, property overpriced,not cleaned to a good standard"

Dirt on top of Wardrobe, Extractor Fan buzzing all night outside bedroom window, Tatty Broken old coat hangers in wardrobe, smell of kitchen sink leak in wastepipe, old soap dispensers nearly empty left from previous occupants.

"An enjoyable long weekend in a great location in a very comfortable accommodation."

Very central location. We were staying for the Dart Music Festival and the location areas great for most of the venues. Well kitted out accommodation with decent furniture. Very comfortable and clean. Close to many bars and restaurants.

Limited view from windows but we were aware of this so no problem.

"A wonderful last minute family stay with our dog. Had everything we needed and made use of all the board games."

Amazing location, exceptionally clean, great layout & well equipped. Perfect for our family stay…would definitely recommend. Found a public garden less than 5 minute walk up the hill towards the Castle for the dog.

Communal hallway was a little rundown.
