The property is very nice and spacious. It was very clean and they left us a welcome gift. I recommend this property and I will definitely book it again. The pool was heated which was nice.

Two big raccoons were at the trash valet when I opened front door. Scary but funny

We paid to get the heating pool for the house is was very expensive 158 dollars we paid for 3 days it never work I called so many times to complain and they didn’t help my at all i ask for the manager so many times and they said that they would put a message for it to call my and i never received the call

Property was very roomy, pool was lovely, kitchen was nice.

Carpets very dirty, skirting boards on stairs dirty, not enough trays for baking with the oven, there was only 1! Sharp tacs sticking up from doorway between bathroom and bedroom on 2nd bedroom upstairs and landing bathroom, my daughter cut her foot. Pool guy just turned up unannounced, I could have been naked! He didn’t knock just wandered in through the back gate when I asked him to knock in future he told me he didn’t speak English. Showers were not great and pillows were dreadful they’ve hard and I’ve left with terrible shoulder and neck pain. Bed was very hard.

"Family Annual Disney Vacation"

The resort club house was nice, but much smaller than I expected. Staff was great. The home layout was nice. Overall; My family and I were pleased and had a wonderful stay.

The resort and home's value was less than I expected; but very enjoyable. The sofa and pillows could be. updated; a bit worn. Air Condition was not cooling in the night hours; not sure why.
