Host & Stay - The Seel Street Townhouse

The property was finished to an excellent standard with everything you required

The street that it is on is very noisy. Music and people till 6 am

We were a hen party looking for central accommodation in Liverpool city centre. The property could accommodate a group of 9 and had good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in the middle of a lot to bars and dancing.

What was great about this property was also a negative. We were in the middle of the nightlife, on a main pub and club street, so getting to sleep was very difficult on the Friday night with most places closing around 4am. However, it was really convenient for our Saturday night out.

The location

Was not clean- hairs in the beds & dust everywhere Electrics are faulty Heating didn’t work WiFi didn’t work so the tv didn’t work

Absolutely nothing.

The property was dirty, the sofa beds stained and uncomfortable. There was only one toilet for seven people. We were unable to sleep due to two night clubs being open until 4am then the noise of club goers went on until 5am. I emailed the company and they agreed to move us the next day to then have them email at dinner time to offer ear plugs. There was a group of lads partying with cannabis in the apartment below (the smell filled the apartment) so we were unable to catch up on sleep throughout the day. I have never stayed somewhere so appalling.

We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.

Property was nice clean spacious

It’s very noisy at night. Was fine for us as that’s the type of weekend we had planned but the rooms to the front you can hear everything on the street outside
