Well thought out property. Great facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking and check in. Proactive host. Three toilets was a real bonus! Lovely to have milk and goodies in the fridge. Everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable accommodation. Spotless in every area. The host had even thought of some lovely unexpected extras in the kitchen and bathroom areas, all very much appreciated. The garden areas to the front and rear are small, but more than adequate and furnished. Everything was to a very high standard and we will certainly be returning. Thanks Annie for a wonderful stay 👍🏻

very clean, tidy and homely feel with all home comforts

one very minor point, we have larger dogs and they would be able to jump out of the garden over the wall if not watched at all times but very minor and happy to enjoy the garden with them

loved the location and was one of the reasons I booked as is perfect for anyone visiting snowdonia /snowdon also the communication with Annie was great and she even got it all ready for an early check inn and gave me a call on the day which we where very happy about. the property is warm , very clean ,modern & stylish it also has everything you need it was just perfect if I ever return to this area in the future I will stay here again 100%
