Friendly host, warm welcome and advice about locality. Very comfortable and plenty of room for all the family.

Could not get the TV to work but as we were involved in a number of activities locally and there was a good range of games provided, we did not really miss it. Could have been more of a problem if the weather had been bad but with hosts next door I am sure it would have been sorted out.

The house was beautifully presented, in a great location and the beds were super comfy.

It was a true home away from home. The cottage was spacious (including three toilets and a shower in the master bedroom) well equipped with everything you could think of, including all possible kitchen utensils, milk and orange juice in the refrigerator, books and games in the living room (our daughter loves the Harry Potter games!), soap and shampoo in the shower, etc.

The bed in the master bedroom was too soft in our opinion, but that's a matter of taste.

Superbly furnished and decorated with attention to detail as well as being spacious.

A small serrated kitchen knife for cutting up tomatoes and fruit would be helpful along with a couple of small glass bowls. It would also be nice to have hand towels as well as the kitchen drying up towels.

Fully equipped, clean, comfortable and totally beautiful throughout. Made our stay so relaxing. The location was perfect! Right near the paddle-board lake which my kids loved. The house was supplied with everything you need. I could not fault the house one bit, it was amazing and we didn’t want to leave! 😃

This place is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 plus. Welcome pack was a lovely addition. Such a lovely location for visiting Snowdonia. Lots of restaurants and takeaways close by in the small town of Llanberis. Lovely steam train ride around Padern lake and the Mountain railway is a short stroll away. The slate museum is also a short stroll away. 20 minutes by car to Caernarvon Castle or Zip World.

Superb property very well looked after with a host (although I didn't meet Annie), my friend did and said she was very helpful and polite.

Nothing except maybe a little more fencing to the rear garden as we have dogs who can jump very high.

This property is superb! Modern, clean and spacious with lovely open plan, well equipped kitchen and a delightful outside courtyard. We chose this as a base to climb Mount Snowdon and the location is perfect. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
