Victorian Villa close to Liverpool City Centre

The house is very spacious and the host was extremely helpful. Absolutely loved the place

Lovely good sized house very convenient for Liverpool attractions and perfect for friends family gathering. Nicely decorated and easy to park for free. Good value.

Missing the finer details which would make this a much higher standard property such as, in need of some TLC and general maintenance repairs to get everything functional. Mattress and sofa bed upgrade.

Needed help to get heating sorted as it went out. Luckily we had family close who came and sorted it for us !

The location.

Everything in the house was dirty. Cobwebs mould the garden was unsatisfactory the kids couldn’t play outside. Holes in walls doors were hanging off. No hoover to clean. Holes in the carpets. No privacy as some windows didn’t have coverings especially the bathrooms so anyone could see us showering. Some radiators weren’t working which meant parts of the house were freezing cold. The cooker wasn’t safe the children turned it on without anyone knowing and was filthy. Because of the state of the apartment we have all come back with colds and flu.

Great living space and location

The House was beautiful, all the way through. We loved the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and the glass chandelier in the kitchen was gorgeous! Tastefully decorated throughout and all the beds were comfortable and plenty big enough. The street parking wasn't really an issue as it is right outside and there was plenty room 4 cars for our party to park outside. Really easy to get in to the centre of Liverpool with every event we went to being a 15min car ride. We also loved the takeaway which stays open till late and shop not even a 5 min walk away! Overall we loved the house, the space and the decor! Antonia, the host, was lovely and answered us quickly when we were first couldn't find it 😊 thank you for a fab stay!

Nothing really, with it being high traffic there was usual scuffs and you can see the house has been lived in as such but nothing that concerned us for our stay or would put us off staying again or reccomending the stay.

Everything was beautiful, the house is stunning, plenty of room, there was 13 adults staying here for 2 nights, very clean, there was enough room to park on the street, definitely would recommend and stay again

We loved everything

The property was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the two living rooms as there was a lot of us and it was very breathable. The kids loved the toys set up in the second living room and it kept them busy. There were two bathrooms which were clean and both the showers were great. The location was great; not far from the beaches, Liverpool One and Aldi was 3 minutes away.

The TV’s didn’t work in the bedrooms and the TV in one of the living rooms wouldn’t work unless connected to a console so had to order a fire stick. It would’ve been nice to know that beforehand cause we didn’t bring our PS4/Nintendo switch because the advert mentioned a PS3. You could feel springs in the beds which especially disturbed family members with back problems. And there was a strange mouldy smell in the second living room and the cabinets/drawers throughout the house weren’t very clean.
