Victorian Villa close to Liverpool City Centre

Great sized property and location was just what we wanted. Kitchen was large and had all that we needed.

Back garden needed a spruce up. Cigarette ends on floor and kitchen roll had been left stuck to the patio.

The property was lovely - great bedrooms and good sized lounge. Playroom/library provided a great space for our child to chill out. Good location for a drive into city centre.

Door handles need checking - we got stuck in one of the bedrooms (yellow room, 4 poster bed) and the tin opener is broken.

Good size, kitchen and living room were lovely. Good for a big group.

Not particularly clean, felt like it had previously been a a student house/shared house that could have benefited from a thorough deep clean rather than a surface level clean. Garden wasn’t usable as wasn’t cleaned / weeded.

Very roomy, well decorated and very clean. Very quiet and nice bedrooms.

Mattresses uncomfortable Hole in wall in downstairs bedroom and chipped paint on window frame Mould in upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Tiles in upstairs bathroom cracked and loose. Upstairs front bedroom had broken door handle Outside yard was overgrown with weeds and needed cleaning. Washing line broken and no pegs Instruction/information booklet not found

The house was great - location, comfort, size (10 of us) and local facilities.
