Spectacular Period Property Located In Leicester

The location was perfect, the size met our requirements. Plenty of parking. Beds comfortable.

It was very dated, in need of considerable update. Curtains missing or not fitted on rails properly, wallpaper hanging off walls, lights not working, bits hanging off everywhere, handrail on stairs filthy, carpets dirty, Christmas decorations and tree still up, dishwasher didn't work, someone's underware in the washing machine, dirty under beds. Was not very clean overall.

Very spacious and good communication.

Lots of space, big garden, great host.

Some rooms were a bit dated but for the price, we cannot complain.

Comfort beds, plenty of room for large groups, shops just round the corner, everything we needed for our one night stay. 😊

The steps up to the house were alittle steep and broken. Possibly a rail needed for older people. But there is a ramp to the back of the house also. A tea towel would of helped as we forgot ours 😂 Decor a little tired but wasnt a problem as the house had many quirky features and we enjoyed exploring them.

Fab attentive host. Nothing too much trouble, not that we needed anything as the property was perfect for our stay.
