"Excellent"

Good and quiet location, easy to get to. Easily accommodated 5 adults and 4 young children. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Overall house was fine to stay in, however it could do with a deep clean.

"Easy to reach city, good for a place to crash"

Great communication from kay Easy to get to city centre and lidl only ten mins away. Beds were comfy. Easy to check in and out. Excellent that tea and coffee and enough plates and cups provided.

There was a smell in the property and the neighbours have a very loud dog! The sofa bed in the lounge was not great but all other beds good.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

This place was NOTHING like the photographs at all!!!!! It was tired and needs gutting for anyone to stay in it!! They said they had trouble with the cleaners it was a lot more than that!! The towels were hard and I wouldn’t clean the floor with them! The bed clothes were shabby and stains on them. The bathroom I can not even put words too! I contemplated fetching new bedding and staying but the bathroom was something I couldn’t see past!! The bath panel was hanging off and it was sooooo bad!!! The tiles needed cleaning and the whole bathroom needed Gutting! The filth under the settee and down the sides was terrible! The kitchen cupboards were filthy and the cooker and microwave don’t even start me!! One thing in its favour was the lovely young man who came to meet us when we complained. He was embarrassed and did clean after we left! He offered to let us stay without paying as we could not find other accommodation but I could not stay there!!!! They did refund our money but it took 10 days to go into my bank!! We wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we went through!!!!
