Llandudno holiday home

This house was very big, we had enough rooms for our party. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely big cooker. There was plenty of seating around the dining room table and in the living room. The location was good, with a short walk to the shops and beach.

The locks on most of the doors did not work properly. The toilet and wet rooms could do with a bit of an update. The curtains downstairs did not fit the windows especially the ones on the patio doors. However, this would not stop us rebooking in the future.

Excellent location, plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds. Easy to find parking. A quiet street an 8 minute walk from the pier. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Nice welcome pack and condiments, was able to make a brew on arrival as milk, etc, provided. Lots of shops, cafes, etc. close by. Owner communicative and easy to contact. The only issue was the showers. Water pressure was quite low and made it difficult to wash hair , but it was good for a quick wash after travelling, long day walking, etc. Could benefit from tvs in bedrooms, but that's just our preference. All in all, it's a lovely weekend away.

The location

Toilet/shower facilities were claustrophobic wardrobe size spaces, and totally inadequate for a 5 bedroom property. Both showers had poor flow and water not hot enough Entry/exit doors almost impossible to lock. Kitchen knives all blunt and not fit for purpose. No dishwasher in a property holding up to 10 people! Photos on website did not accurately portray the true condition of the property. Very very tired and grubby interior. Needs a total makeover/refurbishment.

Big house with comfortable beds. Location was perfect. The host left a nice welcome pack. Very clean throughout.

Decor was a bit dated.

Fantastic location,. Can not fault it ,. Don’t get me wrong when I say ,, A little tired ,. If not very tired ,. 🙄🙄 decoration 🙄🙄 well !!! Because it was spotlessly clean ,. Unbelievably clean cooker ,.( 1st ever in all the rentals we’ve had ) Just shows attention to detail The best beds we’ve slept in ,. 😀👍 I’m gonna say regardless off the Crap wallpaper an over all decor ,. We still will return,. (( unbelievable stocked kitchen)) mega 👍👍👍 100% we be back ,.next yr .. please sort the squeeky floor in the toilet,. And at some point ,.. RE-decorate ,. With a professional & sort hall & lounge floor aswell ,. But overall I’d say between 4 of us u get a resounding 8-5 out of 10 xx

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The varied rooms suited our extended family and the lounge was very comfortable.

No ITV1 without watching +1. Small thing but did matter to us. A few large cobwebs on ceiling and Crockery had to be washed before use..

This property was great for a large family get together for Xmas & New year, we were all under the same roof for first time in a long time & grandchildren too. Darmini was so helpful & just at the end of a text if needed. There was more than enough cooking utensils, pots & pans & crockery to make dinner for 9 on Xmas day, large table made everything easier. Good size rooms, very clean & beds have crisp & white bedding like a hotel, & were so comfy. 2 shower rooms & toilets to accommodate us all. It is walking distance to town, pubs & restuarants. Hope to come back in summer when weather is good to see all the attractions. Well done Darmini, you know what people want when away from home at Xmas, with the lovely Xmas Tree & gifts on the table🙂

I Can't fault this property at all, it was a 10 out of 10😀
