Llandudno holiday home

Really great location with just a short walk to the centre of town and the promenade and pier. Great communication from the host, we were early to Llandudno and parked near the property to get our bearings saying hello to the lady cleaning the property who noticed us. We went to look around and received a message letting us know the property was ready earlier than the agreed time. The property is great with everything you need plenty of pots, pans and crockery and a great range cooker. We only cooked breakfast but could have cooked for evening meals there was enough room for that, we chose to eat out. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy with a wash basin in the three bedrooms we used. The dining table is plenty big enough there were 5 of us all adults and we had more than enough room. The lounge area again was big enough for us although the coffee table is a little big, a slightly smaller one would allow a little more room to get round and seated. Good flat screen TV and plenty of books and games to keep you occupied. Also a really nice little welcoming gift and a bottle of milk in the fridge for us I found a really nice touch along with enough tea and coffee to go round. The outside area at the rear of the property is really well presented and all in all we found the property a great place to stay in Llandudno.

Some people may find the decor a little dated and tired in places, to us we thought it could do with a little tidying up. The door locks to the outside of the property at both the front and back could do with a little look at as we found the rear hard to lock, but in fairness we are being a little picky. The door from the hallway to the dining room needs attention as the top hinge is very loose. The shower rooms were clean but the showers could do with a little more power to them.

Spacious house for four generations of our family. Garden a handy bonus. Great location

Settees were a little uncomfortable, and lacking a couple of basic items in the kitchen.

Fantastic location right in the centre. The house has everything you will need. We were a group of 7 adults and there was ample space. Very comfortable. The hosts are great and are there for you anytime you need them.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was perfect, only five minute walk to town or beach, also quiet. The house was lovely, so much space. The garden is a bonus.very pretty planting and trees. Comfy beds and two wet rooms with a dico light shower. Who could want more? Excellent value for money, unlimited hot water and with bedding and towels their laundry/fuel bills must be astronomical.

Lots of room and had a cosy feel. It was lovely and warm and the beds were so comfortable. We had an issue with the TV set up but they came and sorted it straight away, which was great.

The only complaint was the kitchen tap which just splashed water everywhere.
