Ratty old blinds on ranch slider in lounge, not professionally cleaned. Beds hard and uncomfortable

The host was rude was not helpful Hot water was not going rang the host he was so rude he said he can't understand my English I work where I speak English everyday He said some one will come and have a look I waited no one came I would like people to know that don't book with this person he does not know how to speak to the customers we pay money not him Cups were not cleaned looks stained I think he should fix his property first He should take a course where he is taught how to behave with his customers

Couch too hard. No spare blankets. Bad smell in single room

Air conditioners in bedrooms weren't working properly. Beautiful property but we weren't allowed any visitors.

it is one of the best accomodation in Masterton

location was close to venue. access ok off road. The house interior was adequate, tidy, and looked ok. Presented well, just a couple of vital items left the whole experience off putting.

Bed mattresses were too hard, uncomfortable. Didnt sleep well at all. Both rooms. Floors in showers felt slippery and soap scum was evident, hadnt been cleaned adequately. Risky to walk into shower if floors not cleaned properly. Spare room smelt dangy and musky. Needed to be aired out. Ruined the overall one day and night sleepover.

Central location, spacious living area.Comfortable beds.

Nothing major,squeaky bathroom door and lounge suite in living area not very comfortable.

It had everything we wanted - nice bath

The lounge suite is old and dated, very uncomfortable. No SKY channels no Netflix Old TV couldn't cast from our phones
