Friendly hosts, great location & views. Homemade shortbread was a bonus treat.

Walk through the front door of this house, kick off your shoes and you immediately feel at home. Sky tv, wifi, super comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous views across the water and well placed for the local restaurants. Wonderful hosts who obviously take great pride in their home as it is immaculate.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The accommodation was exceptional. We booked the entire property for a family get-together. The hosts, Mary and Mark went out their way to ensure that we had the most enjoyable and comfortable stay. The self-catering annex was very well resourced with everything you would need for your stay. We were impressed with the attention to detail. The annex is perfectly located in the centre of Lochinver, and a great location for exploring the beautiful countryside and beaches. We would thoroughly recommend the property.

The apartment is well-equipped and spotless, with ample space and a lovely garden that adds to its charm. Located in the quaint village of Lochinver, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the beauty of northern Scotland.

One small point we were very unlucky and were soaked through because of a freaky hailstorm- difficult to get clothes dry .
