This is a self catering facility which suits our needs. The location is well situated for all the local amenities.

The location of the cottage was perfect, not too close to the main hub of the centre which was just what we wanted. We found a lovely little local pub just around the corner and an amazing chippy for the obligatory seaside fish and chips 🙂. The cottage was lovely and clean and had everything we needed, we will definitely be returning soon.

We had a great stay at Rose cottage great location, and the property us so clean and comfortable. Will definitely book again

Just off the seafront to the north of the centre, the location was very OK, about a ten minute stroll to the 'centre' of the prom 'clock tower' and the same to the shops and things up the streets from the prom. The view out over the 'bay' was beautiful, even on an overcast day... Take a coat if its cold!!!! A 'proper' seaside place with gulls and a little but lovely sandy beach, lots of little playgrounds and rockpools to entertain the kids 'cheaply'.... A trip to Lancaster is easy on the frequent 100 bus again from the prom.... EDEN ROSE COTTAGE or the one next door are the perfect comfortable, homely bases... I think the couple who operate both may have another couple... The 'Black Thai' restaurant is a must! Morecambe is not bad at all, so long as you leave your expectation of being pampered at home.... :-)

As with most places... 'The Weather'... Eden Rose Cottage really was lovely and it is purely and simply nitpicking, not everyone would be suited by the quite steep staircase to the bedrooms... but the cottage really is 'homely' ...

Lovely surprise on arrival happy birthday greeting for my grandson. Very welcoming, homely and close to everything. Highly recommend 👌

I liked the area. Uts a lively little house that has lots if personal touches. It didn't feel like just somewhere to sleep. It was comfortable and just right for us

I was a bit shocked by how far it was to walk. BUT that was before we found all the little streets and didn't follow the route suggested by Google.

The cottage was lovely, the added little touches like cake and flowers were a nice treat. We had everything we needed and the hosts were contactable easily. Would recommend

Bathroom is down stairs, not a major issue for us but could possibly be an issue for less ables people during the night for example. Possibly mentioning this before people book is an idea? But like I said not an issue for us personally x

A beautiful property with 2 good sized bedrooms, a stone's throw from the beach and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the hosts were great at communicating and making our stay most comfortable and enjoyable. You can't park on the same road as the property but with the property being at the end of the road we parked just a few steps away on the adjacent road with no problem.
