Lovely clean Cottage, had everything you need and a great location

The cottage was nicely furnished and decorated. Towels and bed linen clean and fresh smelling. Beds, including duvets and pillows, were very comfortable.Kitchen was clean and had all the necessary appliances. Very short walk to sea front. Lovely restaurant 1 minutes walk away and fish and chip shop also nearby.

Very difficult trying to find parking space. All spaces nearby were taken. We ended up parking in town hall opposite which cost £9.30 for 24 hours. On entering property we were greeted with an unpleasant smell of cats pee could have been cleaning product used to clean floors. Perhaps this should be changed. TV instructions not clear! Shower needs attention as temperature control would not turn so shower was very hot. Needs new longer hose as when raised to full height it crimps at the bottom and water flow stops. Heated towel rail leaks when on. Bedroom window cracked so had constant condensation. We felt uncomfortable that garden gate adjoining next door wouldn't close securely which also meant that it wouldn't be secure for a dog either. Facilities were supposed to include tea, coffee and sugar, there were 2 sachets of coffee!! Picture in property details shows welcome pack, this should be removed as very misleading!

We liked the comfy bed and the well equipped kitchen.

The shower was hot but a little feeble.

Everything you require for a short stay. Convenient location with parking nearby. Will definitely book again when required.

Location was perfect, right near the seaside front, cottage was lovely and clean, beds were comfy.

Needs a deep clean. Generally clean and well mantained but some areas, mainly kitchen and stairway carpet, need attention.
