Great property to stay in.

Very cosy and modern. Allowed my two dogs to go on their first holiday. Both who loved the little fireplace area and would curl up in their bed in front of. Would book again.

Central location. Good facilities Mince pies and mulled wine were a welcome treat!

Great location, really comfortable beds.

Some general updates needed. An exteral wall had plaster coming off, may be an old damp issue but just not redecorated and the skirting board the bottom of the stairs needs attention. Just normal signs of wear and tear around the place. But overall they were just minor issues that didn't affect our stay and probably reflected in the price. The only thing that did affect us was the no parking outside, didn't like parking outside someone elses private residence and moved to the main road once there was space. Although it affected us it wasn't a major issue.
