Eden Rose Cottage hot-tub jacuzzi morecambe-bay

Lovely little two bedroomed end terrace. The space outside the back was so private, and the hot tub was a delight, just the right temperature. It's a well looked property, and although we never met the owner, he kept contact by phone to make sure everything was OK. The only gripe and it was a small one was that on one of the nights I couldn't have a shower because the water was too hot. After saying that there was a bath so I just waited for the water to cool and bathed that way. The house is located very close to Morcambe Centre, and a taxi to Lancaster was about £8. We were able to ride our pushbikes from Morcambe to Lancaster down to Glassom Dock through lovely countryside by following the river Lune.

It was no big deal, but it is worth noting that it's a downstairs bathroom, as is the case with many other properties of this type.

The communication from the host was spot on. Easy instructions and easy to access the property. Lovely sized home for our stay (2 adults, a 17 year old & 2 dogs). We weren’t tripping up over each other. Beds were so comfortable and a lie in both days was just what was needed. There was a slight issue with the hot tub but the host came over the next morning to sort out. Lovely, up to date decor & furnishings.

Only issue was parking. Struggled to find somewhere to leave the car when it was busy.

It was a home from home and it was very close to everything we needed.

Spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, a few minutes stroll from the beach, and the hottub was great after a long day walking. The beds were really comfortable too.

Everything was comfortable & lovely. Martin was super helpful regarding places to eat & local amenities. Hottub very easy to use & great relax after full day on the promenade & beach. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time

Great little holiday cottage. Lovely owner who couldn't help enough, easy to find and access, immaculately clean, well equipped and lovely and comfy. Hot tob a great touch.

Spoke to Martin the owner on phone before we arrived very friendly and helpful. I loved how the cottage was decorated and everything was spotless. All you could need was provided in the kitchen. Noticed some games to play which would be great for children to keep them entertained. The hot tub was a fab addition to the property and we used it every day such a treat. Would recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return again when possible.

Just problem with key but all was resolved to our satisfaction.
