Cozy comfortable & convenient

Location was good

Grass not cut (2 feet tall), beds uncomfortable, ac didn’t stay where I set it, shower would leak water when running tub water & faucet hanging out, had to clean outside table full of mildew, vents full of dust and mildew, master bedroom ceiling lights don’t work (tried changing light bulbs), washer would spin like it was having a heart attack on any size load.

The inside was nice. Very nicely decorated . Kitchen was well stocked . Bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths .

Reservations were made 4 months in advance , so there was no excuse for the front yard not to have been mowed . Yard hadn’t been mowed in quite sometimes . Walking to front door , the wood was all rotted . Couldn’t get the lock box to open . Called owner three times and text before he responded . He wasn’t to happy to come unlock the door . He admitted other people had problems with the lock box . The backyard is an over run jungle . It’s a shame to charge this amount and was afraid to let your dog outside . Two bbq pits, both had old charcoal in them . The grates were filthy and no wire brush to clean. The fence is about to fall . Lawn furniture so dirty you had to clean first . This is the worse rental I have stayed in .

Comfy, had everything we needed and much better than a hotel.

It was pouring rain when we checked in and we all got extra soaked due to the front entrance not having a gutter or something to deflect the water. It was like a shower you couldn’t avoid. Most of the beds/mattresses were ok but could have been more comfortable.

Very beautiful and cozy home. Clean, you can tell it’s very well taken care of. A lot of space for a big group without feeling cramped. Definitely would visit again!

The house was super cute and well maintained. Not too far from activities or the beach!

The mattresses weren’t very comfy but that’s our only complaint!

It was large enough to accommodate our family.

It needed some updating, the main bathroom was still dirty upon arrival, there wasn’t any laundry detergent even though there was a container for it to include dryer sheets. The owner said you had to bring your own, so why have the containers 🤷‍♂️ the home needed updating throughout and wasn’t worth the value we paid. The owner said we could leave and get a refund but where do you go last minute with your entire family 😤 so we stayed.
