Cozy comfortable & convenient

Nice neighborhood clean house and quite environment close to Walmart and very well maintained

It was a quiet neighborhood and not a long distance from the beach. It was also a nice home.The title was very accurate.

The smoke smell initially, but it faded the next day. The cameras were creepy, but we were assured they were only outside. The thermostat automatically adjusting back made things uncomfortable and hot..

It was very spacious.

There were roaches. We spent at least anhour making sure we weren't taking any with us.

It was in a quite neighborhood. We had children so we were happy that we didn't have to worry about crazy music and partying. It was close enough to the beach that the drive was no problem. It felt like home.

The interior design of the house was great. The owner provided towels and went the extra mile to provide convenient household supplies.

The main and biggest problem with my stay was a roach infestation and multiple dirty/damaged items. When I messaged the owner and let them know the issues, the response was that they had multiple bookings per week and they don't get any complaints when in fact if you read the reviews all my issues are repeated multiple times. Instead of admitting there was a problem and offering a solution even as simple as sending an exterminator over, it would've saficed.
