Beautiful house and view. Very clean, well stocked, and clear instructions

The host was soooo nice and greeted me at the door with a smile when we walked up.Ive stayed at plenty of homes while traveling but never have I ever had an actual home away from home!!This house has everything you need.Wish I would've packed less actually.Im pretty picky with stuff but she has great taste and spared no expense on top of the line kitchen equipment and personal hygiene products!I Would stay here every time im in town for now on.The view was gorgeous especially at night.Wish I could give more stars!!!!!!

The only downfall was the hot water.Boy oh boy that was like the only bad thing.The hot water was very hard to come by in the showers.its a way you do it but we couldn't get it down pat.She did say call if we had any problems with a nice note we got through he weekend so it wasn't really a big deal.All the other great amenities they have superseded all that.

I loved this apartment! The area is really cool (well, to a Brit, I thought it was!), high above SF with amazing views over the city. I went for a quick, very steep, walk when we first arrived, and felt like I had been transported to a 70s TV series! The facilities in the kitchen are great, the beds are very comfortable and I loved the kooky feel of the apartment. Some previous reviews suggested it needed updating, but I don't agree - it's got so much character as it is. We got the bus into the city each day, which only costs 2.50 dollars if you get the direct bus (download the Muni App for all costs, bus stop locations, timings, etc). It does take about an hour each way, but so worth it to people/city watch. Alternatively, get Ubers. We made the mistake on our final morning of planning on street parking, but there were dire warnings about rental cars getting broken into, so we didn't bother.

The only, and I repeat only, thing that wasn't perfect was the water in the showers. However hard we tried to follow the instructions, it was lukewarm. Not ideal after a day in windy SF. If this could be rectified then it would get 10/10 easily.

The unit was very spacious and plenty of room. Enjoyed the patio, however I felt that if we spoke too loudly our host could hear everything that was being discussed.
