Charming 3-Bedroom Home in Rossville, GA - Family Retreat

Extremely spacious and clean, updated with nice furnishings with all amenities needed! The home and surprisingly quiet and nice for Rossville (were from there and know the area).

The neighbors have dogs that bark loudly (not incessantly, though) and have multiple small children that leave garbage in the yard and use it as their own (balls thrown against the bedroom window... daytime only though)... other than that, though, it was great!

Our group of 8 triathletes came for Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga. This place is big and will easily accommodate 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very affordable for the area, compared to other locations closer to the race (15min drive). Big living room and a decent size dining table that can have 6 people at a time. Long driveway to park 3 cars.

The kitchen is definitely not equipped for 8 people. When we arrived it only had 4 plates and 1 small cooking pot. More were brought 3 days later by the staff. The bedrooms don’t have curtains, so bring your own sleeping mask or be prepared to be awake at 6am every day.

I love how big the property was. The rooms were very large and everyone had their own space. The staff was amazing. The back yard was fenced in so my kids and dogs could play and I didn’t have to be concerned with traffic. The location was great. Everything major was just around 20 minutes away.

Large master bedroom. Very affordable. (You get what you pay for). It was available when Chattanooga was booked up.

Lots of stairs. Have to use the steep flight on the side for initial access. Spongy floor in the kitchen in front of sink. Double stacked the bunk mattresses to make one sleepable bed. Neighbors are belligerent about parking arrangements, even when parking on the property.

Grass could’ve been cut making the yard attractive

It was in the perfect location for our Chattanooga/Blue Ridge trip.

Booking.com list arrival time at 2 pm but it was 3 pm.

Clean and nice house location good all convinces are good close to resturants and shopping

Has a bad ant problem in kitchen and dinning area

The house was adorable. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient and easy to downtown Chattanooga. Neighborhood was quiet.

The house is older but in good condition and has upgrades. TVs are a little small but no one expects to watch a lot of TV when on vacation.
