The house is new and modern, very clean and comes fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom etc. The check in was easy and we didn't have to wait at all. The garden is beautiful, everything actually looks exactly as in the pictures.

For full transparency the information provided on Booking about this accommodation should be more clear - it was written that I am booking "entire vacation home - two bedroom house". In fact, this is a villa split into 3 flats - they each have own porch and parking space, with a common garden, common grill place and common entrance on the property. While the accommodation standard is good, I would personally not book this remote place (far from any restaurant, shop, definitely car is needed to move around) if i knew I would be sharing the overall space/garden/ with other strangers. Grill is in front of one of the flats and while it is for common use, there is no comfort either for the one using it nor for the people currently in the respective flat, as there is no privacy. Tenants are expected to dispose of the garbage on their own, at a location about 2km away from the property, on specific days and hours. If i knew all this beforehand I would not book this place, it was not what I was looking for. Also, a bit on the pricey side given all these aspects.

Nice location in the middle of fields. Quite, olive trees all around. Host, Francesko was very polite, even though he let us leave suitcases, because we arrived in the morning, and we wanted to go to some market and didn't want to park the car alone full of goods. Francesko called us when the apartment was ready. The position is perfect for cruising Puglia. All amenities were working perfectly.

There are two things we would like to be better. First, there should be kettle for hot water. We hit water on the stove. In the list of facilities in the apartment, we read there is coffee mashine. For me, that means capsules machine for making espresso. In the kitchen was moca pot (to be honest, host left full jar of quality coffee). For me, as big fun or addicted to espresso, it's not the same. Especially since this settlement is out of town and we couldn't go to some bar nearby for morning coffee.

Secluded location, immersed in nature, yet close to numerous remarkable villages and landmarks. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy home. Inviting outdoor area, good for BBQ

The place is so nice! So quite and peaceful. The apartment is so spacious will all the amenities you need. Very clean and modern! Well looked after. The tree swings gives it a unique touch. Francesco is also great, welcomed us in and explained everything, thank you!

Everything was just perfect we loved to enjoy sitting around olives trees amazing ❤️

We really miss the kettle on the property it’s just helpful for coffee in the morning.
