Amazing vacation house set in beautiful garden. New, modern and very clean, we hope to come back.

beautiful house in the countryside, clean, tastefully furnished, large terrace. Plenty of privacy. The owner is very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

It was a very comfortable stay for 4 people in the 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean, super quiet location with alarm which made us feel safe. The house is renovated recently, rooms are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with all you need, outside patio is a great spot for breakfast or dinner with family. Although the very well maintained garden is shared with the other 2 apartments, there is enough privacy to not bother the other ones while on the patio. Excellent stay, Francesco was also very friendly. Putignano is 8-10min away by car. All popular locations are about 20-40min drive away(Monopoli 35min, Alberobello 15min, Locorotondo 3in, Matera 60min).

Maybe the 35 min drive to the beach, but it was not a problem for us. No issues, the house is amazing.

We loved the place, including the setting (the olive orchard it is surrounded by), the tasteful architecture of the building (unostentatious, yet offering all the comfort you can desire), the high-quality materials and equipment used everywhere in and around the house (I do not often say this but I would accept them at my own home, too), the attention to every small detail (coffee, olive oil, spaghetti and tomato sauce in the kitchen, or the "first-aid kit" in the bathroom, just to mention a few), the great communication with our host (a big THANK YOU to him also this way). The place is absolutely recommended to anybody intending to explore the region by car because of its central location (all the major sights of Puglia are within a 20-30 minutes' drive - Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo - even Matera was not more than 50 minutes away).

Nothing to complain about, really!

It was an amazing stay. The villa is surrounded by many olive trees, in the morning you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and hear the birds singing. Everything was perfectly clean and well-equipped. The house also has an underfloor heating which made our stay during a cold season perfect. The owner Francesco is very hospitable and welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything in details. We highly recommend this place!

Unique location in the countryside near by all the most wanted turistic places in Puglia. The apartment is very clean and with all you may need. The landlord is helpful and always ready in case of need. Highly recomended!

Luxury in the midle of the Oil grove. 20-30 min from Bari. If you like some calmness, it's a perfect place. If you like a private party, it-1s a perfect place.
