Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Beautiful house right next to the harbour. Very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic location and a great place to stay

The accommodation was really excellent and very good standard. Very close to the harbour and main town and shops. Also across the road from a very good pub and restaurant The Black Swan.

The back door did not open, and the dishwasher did not work. We reported this the morning of the second day. Someone came and looked at it, but it did not get rectified in the week we were there, and we didn't have any communication back about either issue. Despite leaving 3 messages.

The location is excellent, and the property is spacious and immaculately done. It was more than we expected thanks

Everything was perfect.

The frying pan needs to be replaced but that’s all

Very comfortable and nicely decorated and fitted out. Excellent location.

Some minor repairs required. Only one bath towel per person, small towel would be good for hair. Tiles in large upstairs bathroom quite mouldy!

Super location and open plan kitchen/dining/living space was spot on for our group.

A couple of larger pans would have been handy for cooking for a large group of adults, though we did manage.

We liked pretty much everything, the bedrooms were perfect and the location is great

I personally didn’t like the fact that there is open insulation in the living room which caused one of us to be ill for a day… it’s a great design on the living room but where you can see the feature walls with the stone work showing through. The insulation is opening and filthy… you shouldn’t spend long amounts with exposed insulation and they seemed to care in the first few emails I had with them they they have completed ignored me for the next two… There was no hot water for a day and we followed the instructions on the boiler and it didn’t work, And also the brackets on the stairs were broken and you couldn’t use it as a helping aid to hold onto whilst going up or down the stairs, I guess the hosts might want to finally respond to my email after reading this, you know my email as it’ll be like to my name with your stay, look forward to hearing

Lovely well equipped cottage in a fantastic quiet location. Perfect for our group.

Issue with key not sorted by ringing numbers in info pack but by call to number found on internet. As it was resolved the matter is closed but was disappointed in lack of contact.
