We loved everything there it was exactly what we were looking for and fran and Bill the hosts were very nice and we enjoyed it more because of them so inviting and helpful loved there wolf hounds and fell in love with there birds and parrots just the most genuine couple you could ever meet

There was absolutely nothing we can say here as everything was perfect xxx

Professionally after cancellation, albeit the previous guests left the accomadation in a mess (apparently). There was dog feaces over the walk way to the hot tub, the place was run down, barn smelt of stale smoke which clung to my clothing. After myself and partner had a discussion we decided not to take check in. My partner went back to inform the owners, however could not get them. When arriving home, I called the owner to be raise my concerns and the owner disconnected the call. Msgs sent back and forth via booking.com. initially late check in was requested then check in was clarified via booking com msgs for 2pm. Ill expect the owner to get back with a checky response rather than an apology Update your response is lies, there was no abusive messages, you didnt ask me to call back. I told you keep the money cause id rather lose it than stay at your accommodation. Im writing a review because of the experience not cause I want the money back and PS there is a big different between stale smoke and normal smoke hence why I wrote stale.

The hot tub

Avoid at all costs , this guy is a creep watching people in the hotub from his window and on a hidden camera. He also sent abusive messages because we took the free tea and coffee and used all the toilet roll. I've never written a bad review before this . Horrible experience they should be shut down

Bill and Fran are a lovely couple that would do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The hot tub is amazing and the facilities clean with everything needed for a great stay
